I have very fine, short medium long hair, I use at home dye every 8-12 weeks. My hair is rather weak and lifeless, and the infomercial is now to convince me! I need a reality check Will - Wen clean my hair and add body and shine, or I'm much better with my Aveda products?

Who I Cucumber Aloe conditioner for the cleaning of approximately 4 months. But I do not use it, like you suggest. I wash my hair with normal shampoo (good .. organic dog shampoo, really!)
